How can I push the TOC to page 2?</p>
<p>If I add a pagebreak, only the main version of the TOC will be pushed to page 2. The merged document is always on page 1, i.e. page numbers is rendered on page 1, the rest of the TOC including clickable links is rendered on page 2.</p>

This way I could position both the &quot;clickable main TOC&quot; and the &quot;page numbered merged TOC&quot; at the top of the first page.</p>
