When I want to edit or view the code of a report it does not allow me to access and I get this error.

  • I have the same error

  • Please provide more information.

    • what jsreport version you use
    • does it happen for every template or just one particular
    • does it happen for all entity types or just templates
    • does it happen only for old entities but also for the new one
    • do you open template from startup page or form entity tree

Can you check the F12 network if the GET request for odata/templates(xxx) passes correctly with 200 ?
    Thank you

  • what jsreport version you use

    • jsreport version 2.2.0 development

does it happen for every template or just one particular

    • This error happens with each jsreport template

does it happen for all entity types or just templates

    • When I want to visualize a template nothing works, but when I only check for example the assets if it works, the error is only with the templates

does it happen only for old entities but also for the new one

    • Also the new templates

do you open template from startup page or form entity tree

    • When opening from anywhere the jsrerport error occurs, if I open from the tree it falls or the home page still gets the error

Can you check the F12 network if the GET request for odata/templates(xxx) passes correctly with 200 ?
yes Get Request passes correctly, in all request i get 200(OK)

  • Hm. This situation happened out of sudden?
Would you be able to check if it works on the latest jsreport?
Would you be able to compress your data folder and share it with us? Upload it somewhere or email it directly to me.

  • Hi,
    This situation happened suddenly?
    Yes, this situation happened suddenly.
Would you be able to verify if it works in the latest jsreport?
mmm, I will have to install the latest version of jsreport but that is why I published here because I am using a virtual machine in Azure to host these reports and I did not want to reinstall the entire MV
Would you be able to compress your data folder and share it with us?
I can't compress anything from jsreport because it falls when I click on it

I meant that you remote login to the VM and zip the data folder, if you use fs store, and email it to me. If it is possible for you
