<p>It's starting to get really bad and having to clear the temp directory every day, many reports can get missed because of this problem.<br />
If anyone has any advice then I'd appreciate it</p>

Could you share the whole error?</p>
<p>It could help to explicitly set the temp folder. Like <code>jsreport start --tempDirector=mytemp</code></p>
