I am using the cloud version and I didn't manage to get a successuful api connexion.

I created a custom user but it doesn't work.

Is there any difference in terme of Authentification process between the cloud and the hosted version?

Did you try to make the call also with the admin user?
The custom user needs to have permissions to read the template, did you associate the proper permissions to the custom user? See here how the permissions can be associated.
