However, you can delete the <code>profiles</code> collection. (data/profiles and data/storage/profiles typically).</p>

I'm getting 500 or sometimes more queued reports and then I get jsreport blocked<br />

There is no other config.<br />
If you have problems with overloading server by sending too many reports at once, you will need to put a webserver in front and do throttling.</p>
