I am getting an error GLIBCXX_3.4.20 not found when trying to run the js report on CentOS 7. Some people online insinuate that the binary inside jsReport.Binary.Linux is not supported.
What is the work around?

You are likely missing some dependencies required for running headless chrome.
You can try running this, which is mentioned in the centos installation manual for on prem jsreport

wget -qO- https://intoli.com/install-google-chrome.sh | bash

Or you can also consider running jsreport on-prem inside docker as another microservice.
