The problem with rowspan is already fixed in our master branch, please get the patch using

npm i jsreport/jsreport-html-to-xlsx#19d5e6b66cb1606fc075ec4fb6f3cb039f2f0363 --save

html-to-xlsx doesn't support images yet, you can follow or upvote this in our backlog
