JSReport throwing a process not found error.

  • I have a .Net Core application deployed in IIS with JSReport and it was working fine till yesterday. Today morning, all reports are failing with the below error?

    ||ERROR|Microsoft.AspNetCore.Diagnostics.ExceptionHandlerMiddleware|An unhandled exception has occurred while executing the request. jsreport.Local.JsReportBinaryException: Error rendering report: starting rendering process..ERROR: The process "20000" not found.rendering has finished with errors:A critical error occurred while trying to execute the render command (2). Other reports are also throwing similar error with a different missing package number. Any idea about how to fix it?

  • Maybe something corrupted chrome. Please try to delete folder [users temp]/jsreport, kill running jsreport node.exe process and restart the app.
