LIMIT REQUEST waiting

hello.
I have a config file as below. How can i set limit request handling. Example 3 request per seconds. Or 3 request in queue ?

Such a feature isn't implemented in jsreport.
You need to run jsreport behind a web server like nginx and add request limiting to its config.
