jsreport v3 and chrome timeout configuration in Azure web app

Hey,
I use jsreport v3 in the Azure web app but it seems that chrome timeout configuration set in the web app configuration doesnt ovewrite the default values.
I set "extensions_chromePdf_timeout" to really big number "900000" but in report log I am still getting "Error: Timeout Error: chrome pdf generation not completed after 60000ms"
Am I setting it wrong?

The v3 accepts just the root config
reportTimeout. Please increase that.
