How do i can make a summary dinamically?

Hi everyone, somebody can help me how to solve this topic?
I wanna create dinamically summary in pdf document with the page number reference.
Eg: If i have many title and subtitle around in the document, i wanna create one like summary by that title and subtitle and his page numbers, like microsoft word.
