Cannot GET /index.php

Hi, I installed an instance of JSReport on a server in the cloud (cloudways) after doing a jsreport start I end up with this Cannot GET /index.php error, I don't know how to do it anymore.

It seems like an issue with the infrastructure configuration because jsreport is properly started based on the logs. Perhaps port config?
Please try to start a plain nodejs app first and then ask on some "cloudways" specific forums or StackOverflow because there will be a more specific audience. I'm not familiar with this cloud.
