can we make pdf genereated by chrome-pdf more ‘Word friendly’ as well

When we make pdf using chrome-pdf recipe and we need to edit that in a word for some scenarios, is there any option to making it word friendly so that we we open pdf in word the design and layout does not break?

I'm afraid chrome has no such "magical" option.
Although you may try to search in puppeteer repo for some CSS tricks that could help
