jsReport v3.8.0 Display Issue: Header Overlapping with Body

I am having the same issue with version 3.8.0.
The header overlaps the body.

I have set my page top and bottom margins to 1cm.
I have tried adding classes to the header to make it "block" to no avail, it's simply ignored.

The header has a border for visibility (will be removed once issue is solved)
