Encoding issues with 2.2.0

I am getting funny encoding values from my report in 2.2.0 that never occurred in 1.8.2

There is a loose fence panel - SecureÂ

Any ideas how to omit them globally?

hmmm, please try to create a minimal sample repository demonstrating this issue

I have, it works fine on the studio but NOT my local environment.
I get  all over the place. I would upload an image to prove it but there is no upload here...

I don't need proof. I would like you to make it easier for us and replicate the issue in minimal repository or project we can download and test. Thank you.

Btw there is upload button if you click "reply". Also the ctrl+v of image from clipboard works. Just the same way as in github.
