Can't start jsreport on Server 2008 R2

I have a server 2008 R2 that I've installed node on, and installed the jsreport cli, but it freezes when i run the start command. Here's the step it freezes on:

Are there any known compatibility issues with Server 2008 R2 or any other dependencies that need to be installed besides node?

Hi, after this line jsreport is fully running and initialized. You should be able to reach it on port 5488.
Can't you reach it? Or the console window crashes? Is there something written in the event log?
Currently I am not aware of limitation on ws 2008.
