Error: Page crashed! in Docker 2.4.0-Full image

  • Using 2.4.0-Full docker image in azure on linux with a large report generation(16xx) pages with a Table of Contents, Header/Footer, and cover page.

I get the following error after awhile however this works when I run the server locally on my dev machine which is more powerful than the app service.

Is there any way I can get more info on what is causing the issue?

  • I'm afraid you won't get more information.
You can try to google out "puppeteer page crashed" but I didn't see there would be somewhere a recommendation on how to get more information.

I would start by trying to increase the app service plan. There can be an issue with memory.
