Default Templating Engine

I see in the docs that a number of different engines may be used out of the box -- handlebars, jsrender, etc -- or one may be custom configured. Which of these is used by default?

The engine specification is required. You get an error without it.
However jsreport studio by default preselects the handlebars engine.

Ah, I didn't understand the distinction between jsreport and jsreport studio. Thanks for the clarification.
