Do I need two licenses for the enterprise version?

With our setup we have two servers clustered together. I would like to know if we need to buy a license for both servers or since they are clustered and will never be used at the same time we can buy one.

Not sure what kind of cluster you use exactly.
However, I am afraid this will need two licenses because both servers are production and running (booted/initialized) at the same time. It doesn't matter if they don't render at the same time.
