Entrerprise licence and dev instance

Hi, I bougth an enterpise licence and I'm OK with production.
In the description says that you have "dev instances for free *". How can I put my licence in dev server?, the same way that I put in production?, How do you know that I will not have problems with my licence if I put in other server?. I have to tag my server like dev instance?

Hi,

yes, please put the license to the dev machine the same way as to the production one.
Currently, the fact that you should have one enterprise license key only on one production server is based just on licensing terms and legal act. There is no physical check.
