JsReports template deleted form template folder automatically even valid enterprise license we have

We have around 15 reports templates on our server, but these are deleted automatically after few months. Even we have valid enterprise license for reports and applied on azure. Please anybody suggest me where we may have issue for deleted all the template automatically.
