I'm creating xlsx table.the table headers are not in the given position when there are too many data entries. I attached the screenshot.could you help me please.this is my playground when I added a data first or second table in sheet2. my rows lose their positions.

when I added data for second table(green table) in sheet2. 17th line in template ('Yasal Zorunluluk Kapsamında Yapılan İşler') .It's moving(22nd line), but I don't want that.
I'm expect for a result like in the photo
