Pdf utils header with A4 or Letter size

Hi, here is an example where the pdf-utils header moves by the paper format:

If you choose "Letter" the pdf looks fine, but with "A4", the header appears behind the body.

You need to have the same size and page operation on both templates.
On the main one and also on the header.
