Heading has to show after content break in each page.

I need to display my heading when page break occurs to my content.How is it possible.can we do it or not ??

I need the country detail to print again in the next page if page break occurs

i have a same issue ... i didn't found a solution ...

i juste estimate how many value can i display in a page, and make chunk of my array ... regenerate the header manualy after each page break ...
