I am trying to login to my account but my email address isn't being recognised. And your password reset link doesn't work. And you have no customer support option (and don't talk to me about paying for support as logging in to my account doesn't constitute "support").
I expect someone from the so-called company to respond immediately.

BTW, if I log in with a username and not email I get this:
