Error starting JS Report - missing chrome.zip

I'm using JS Report standalone executable (2.6.1) deployed as a Windows service. On one of the boxes, it failed to start with the following error in logs:
Error occured during reporter init Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\Windows\TEMP\jsreport\compile\jsreport-2.6.1-HkSd-6jOS\chrome.zip'The file was indeed missing in this directory. After I've remove the whole
C:\Windows\TEMP\jsreportfolder, the service worked correctly after restart.
