EJS Engine in Single Executable JS Report

Is it possible to use EJS engine in Single Executable JS Report?
If yes, shall I have the example command line!

EJS is a custom engine and isn't part of the jsreport binary and jsreport package.
You can although install a custom extension like EJS using npm and use it from the binary. See it documented here
