postgresql connection not clossing.

we are using postgressql to store JS report data and when we run or update the jsreport it is opening the connections and it is not closing that connections, please let us know how to set/configure the JS report to close these unused connections.
We have installed the JSReport in AWS.

does the number of connections grows infinitely?
The library jsreport uses for making postgresql requests is using connection pooling. This means that a number of connections are kept open and reused by other requests.
