Chrome-PDF - Landscape Tables, split into pages, on A4 paper, you can see the top of the table border on the previous page:

I have tried adjusting the tr, th, td borders but not managed to fix it.

The issue does not present itself if the page size is letter, but does on A4.

This should be a problem with the border collapse style. Please check it out in the troubleshooting here
