Can I have lates link for my template in online-playground

Maybe possible this: "https://playground.jsreport.net/studio/workspace/BkYNEGlne/latest" or someone like it...?

This is not supported unfortunately.
The playground purpose is to quickly test and share templates with others.
We don't expect you to take a long development process in playground so you should not need such feature.
The versioning there is to support easy forking of work-space by others.
Lets say you replicate a problem, give me a link, I fix it and give you link with new (fixed) version back.
