High CPU usage by Node.js runtime process

we have an on-premise installation of JSreport server on windows server operating system. For a few days, I see 100% utilization of CPU cycle by the JSreporting server even when it's idle (when we aren't generating a report at all as well). We only have 5 templates configured.
Nothing was changed on the server. Can you please help, we are stalled and are not able to generate a report.

Please restart it, that should help. Then put here some logs and version you use.
