How to repeat sidebar on the new page when content is long like we do with thead

I have one scenario where I need to repeat the sidebar(2nd td of table) on the next page as we do with heading, when content goes long on the left (1st td). please take a look at example below.

I don't know any css/html solution that could help. I guess you need to merge it there with pdf utils.
Althought, maybe someone else know
