Ejs template examples in jsreport studio

I'm trying to render partials in ejs template. I've tried include partials but nothing seems to work so i've tried using asset, but it renders only static content of the html file. In case if we need to render a dynamic html that renders content based on the input json data, can we go for components ? And also could you please provide where i can find ejs related samples because all the samples in JSreport studio/documentation are with handlebars and am struggling to find the proper examples for jsreport extension examples in ejs templates?

Is it a must for you to use the ejs? The handlebars is the primary engine in jsreport. All other engines are getting more and more limited. The new office recipes implementation for example supports just handlebars.
