1. Structure the Content
   Ensure the document has a clear format for readability. You can use tables, headings, or separate sections.

Example Format:

Images: (Insert images below with captions if needed)

2. Use a Table (Recommended for Alignment)
   Create a three-column table in Word.

Columns: Question | Answer | Images

Insert images in the last column.

3. Use Bookmarks and Content Controls (For Templates with Fillable Fields)
   If this is a reusable template where the content may change:

Go to Developer Tab → Insert Text Content Control for the question and answer.

Use Picture Content Control for images.

4. Caption and Format Images Properly
   Insert images using "Insert" → "Pictures"
