Problem adding cells under another xlsx

Hi, I have a problem adding cells. I tried many combinations but it doesn't work.

The text 'CHAR' doesn't appear. But If i change the order of code this happens:

It shows up but rest of the text doesn't appear

Any idea?

I know it is tedious. However the best advice with xlsx is to create the identical xlsx directly in excel. Unzip it and check how the xml should look like.
Then replicate the same in jsreport.
