System getting very slow while jsreport runs.

After created my folders and sub folders and i transferred all my templates to those separate folders.
After thus my system getting very slow and its slowing down my all applications.
That means what may the problem will occurred any caches or other way to resolve it.

Can you share jsreport logs for a particular time when things get slow?
