Hi guys, after struggling with it for the past few ways, I decided to ask for help.

For some reason, unoconv is trying to create a folder inside the ubuntu user of my server. I might have made some mistakes in the initial configuration proccess.

unable to create directory '/run/user/1000/dconf': Permission denied. dconf will not work properly

The user 1000 is the "ubuntu" user of my machine. It is the same I use to login, and is the same I used to install jsreports. And this folder does not exist when I am not logged in its bash terminal. ( of course )

Do you guys have any idea on how can I fix it?

( It works fine as long as I am logged in the machine from the terminal )

That is great, I found a way to fix it,

I disabled the auto unoconv and I am calling it manually inside the afterRender, worked great.

It is working fine now.

But it only works in .docx, is there a way to wait for the unoconv to finish? Or can I call it directly in the afterRender function?

I was able to filter out the child process, now it only sends 1 email. But the generated file is not opening, I think there is something wrong.

I am facing really big issues trying to send a docx by email. ( it is working fine when not sending by mail ).

The mail is sent twice ( It is sent in afterRender )

My afterRender() is called twice ( there is not a isChildProcess property in my req object )

The attachment is corrupted as well.

it seems like the unoconv is being called after the mail was sent, which does not make sense to me.

Hello guys, I am having some problems rendering a Line Chart that uses Time as value.
I have tried sending the data in many ways.

"HH:mm"
"HH:mm:ss"

But the chart is only parsing the hour number.
I have also tried changing the format of the data on word itself as Time, but in the end it shows the chart line on the position of the number ( the hour digit ) and the Labels stays equals to "00:00:00"

What is the right way to send those kind of data?

Hello, I have a single instance enterprise license being used on AWS EC2, it is not scaling well, ( if many users request a report at the same time it crashes ).

We were planning on moving to Lambda, will my license work there? Is there any migration procedure I need to apply before moving forward?
