I’ve run into a similar issue with PDF/A and post-processing. It looks like pdfAccessibility and addAttachment() are rebuilding or modifying the driving directions PDF in ways that can overwrite each other. It would be interesting to know whether the recommended approach is to apply both operations in a single PDF post-processing step, or whether attachments are currently incompatible with PDF/UA in jsreport.
