One maybe off-topic but should license.key used with 0.8.2 be valid with 1.5.1?

I'm updating jsreport from 0.8.2 (neDB) to 1.5.1 (fs) and they running now different hosts.
I copied data folder from old server to new one, changed connectionString to neDB at new server.
Then install jsreport-migrate and try run it.
and just got this error.

node version at new server is 6.9.4 and npm 3.10.10

Am I missing something?

This is propably old question but any idea why got only
: No such file or directory
when i run jsreport-migrate.
I tried run at jsreport installation directory. Host in Centos.
