Same issue, and yes adding mergeWholeDocument": true to the API call fixed it.
{{ 0 }} correctly reflecting current page in the {{#each $pdf.pages}} loop of the template, once this option was added to the merge operation.

Just to add that Node v16 becomes Active LTS at the end of this month (26th October 2021) which could mean potentially more people upgrading their node version, from next month on.

Would it be possible to upgrade your playground version to the latest release (2.10). I have some issues I'm trying to resolve, and would like to try recreating in your 2.10 environment, before posting details/examples.

@jan_blaha , I'm afraid we are experiencing this again, as of Sunday 13th September, 23:55 (GMT) - JSReport Version 2.7.2. Response received is a 504 Gateway Timeout.

I know that there is an enhancement in the 2.10 release for the licensing workflow, but we cannot upgrade to this version just yet.

Is anyone else getting timeouts from the JSReport licensing server (https://jsreportonline.net/license-key) from yesterday onwards (09 Aug 2020) ??

We are receiving a 504 Gateway Timeout response after > 30secs
