After trying several things I was able to solve the problem by restarting the JSReport service, I document this in case someone else has the same problem it may help

Hi, I'm using JSReport 3.9.0 and i'm trying to import some reports that I exported from another JReport with the same version (3.9.0) but 'm getting an error which says: Unable to read export file key from multipart stream.

Does anybody have an idea of what means that error?
