Multicolumn Index Report

I am just getting started with JSReport and I am working on creating my first report.

I am trying to create a index format. I have a table with the topics and references that I am pulling the data from.

The report should be a two column report with periods between the topic and references.

Here is a sample of what I am trying to do:

Acceleration ...................................... C2.2
Acceleration, Non-Plotted ... C12.24, D1.2

Is there a template to be able to do this?

Thanks that is a good start for what I am trying to do. How do I put the reference index (C2.2) into the list?
