Calling helper function from another helper

I think I have seen something about this, but I cannot fint it anywhere, sorry.

How can I call a helper function from within another helper?
It would aid my DRY-iness.

I accidentally tried to call a helper from another helper.. and it worked.
Please disregard this question. I should have just tried before assuming it was hard to to.
