Recent issues with word preview

Recently after my reports complete and go to be previewed it loads the word logo and then just freezes at that point and does not show the document. I am curious if anyone else has been noticing this same issue with the word online viewer? Downloading the report returns a well formed document and rerunning the report it will show up after a few tries in the preview.
I understand this is outside the scope of jsreport itself but wondering if its on anyone elses radar and if there is anything that can be done to mitigate its frequency?

hi! yes, I also have the chance to experience this while testing reports too, as far as I know, there is no way to mitigate this because it relays on the external service that MS provides for office preview.
it is a bit bad, but the times it happened to me were really few and it does not last too much.
