Is direction property like rtl,ltr work in report native footer template?

Hi sir,
I want to change direction of report from right to left using rtl,ltr but it doesn't work in report native footer template

It looks like it is yet another limitation of chrome native headers and footers.
It doesn't work for me as well and I haven't found a workaround.I'm afraid you need to use pdf utils in order to change direction.
