The thing is that jsreport doesn't deal with fonts or pdf printing. Both are done by chrome which we have no influence on. So unfortunately I have no clue.

If you are able to print a pdf with a single letter that is wrong like you mention and email it to me. I could take a look inside if I find out something.

Does the server have sufficient resources? Don't you run a docker container with limited CPU and memory?

Such a feature isn't implemented in jsreport.
You need to run jsreport behind a web server like nginx and add request limiting to its config.

We push in html around 500-700kb. Thank you. I can handle from there.
