Hello, I was able to solve the problem with jan_blaha's solution by setting up Azure Blog Storage.

You typically prepare styles in the excel and then reference it in the cell.
Try to open excel, style one cell, save it, unzip it and check how it looks.

In case you just have a simple table, it is easier to use html-to-xlsx recipe.

Try docker based azure web app. The normal one is too limited to run stuff like chrome.
