Hm, maybe some issues with bing maps and phantomjs I remember but that is long time ago.
Perhaps you can also try also another charting library if it helps.

You can call allowCode at the top of your helpers.

var jsrender = require('jsrender') jsrender.views.settings.allowCode(true);

Running the template with debug button should print it to the output.
It works for sure on windows, but maybe there is wkhtmltopdf bug on unix.

Thank you. The error message pops up because there is an entity without name in the studio state.
We now make sure there is strong validation for missing entity name because this causes invalid state across the studio web application.
This will be part of v2.

Based on your description one possible source of the problem can be the real time socket based synchronization between your file system and the studio.
You can try to disable it using config.

That works but I don't want to put it in to the header for wkhtmltopdf. I'm trying to design a template that would look identical (or close) in HTML and PDF rendering.

hmm then i think you can try the same logic that the watermark, just that in your case you can change it to show page number at the right-top and instead of a watermark just render the current page wich is available from JS

The most interesting part is that I'm using the command line mode for render and it fails to start with --keepAlive since another app is running on the $PORT, is the command line execution still uses the port? Is there a way to override it easily in the command line execution? I guess the export PORT=&&... would work too.
