that error indicates that you have more than 5 templates in your local, and the one trial month that was enabled after you had 5 templates had expired

here you can find some instructions to be able to start your app again, basically, you should delete templates until you have 5 again and the server will switch back to the free mode again. of course make sure to save the files somewhere else before deleting if you don't want to loose that work
I have a JSReport code enable until December of this year.
what do you mean by this? have you purchased a license and you are getting this error? the enterprise trial is one month after you have more than 5 templates.
