i was able to see in logs the error that you were mentioning, however i did not found anything special about it that could help to discover the reason of the issue. my advice, if you ever see this error again, would be that you let the original template as it is and let us know inmediatly so we have something to debug, in that case you can continue with your reports by cloning the template and use that clone instead for your final reports.

hi! hmm i'm not sure why using a css class won't work for you, however if you can share the full template and find a way to replicate the problem in the playground i can try to find the reason.
about doing a line break you can just put a <br /> and put a overflow: scroll style in the cell with the line break (live example). this works fine in latest version jsreport-html-to-xlsx@2.3.0. you can try to install it manually or you can wait until we release jsreport 2.4.0 which is almost ready for release.
hi! unfourtanly the details are not enough, i don't have a good idea why you get such error, in any case this does not look like an error coming from jsreport, maybe you can try to rename the err variable to something else until you get ride of that SyntaxError error.
Yes, just some modules are enabled in jsreportonline and you can't use aws sdk package there.
You can use just nodejs native http module or request package.
Nevertheless, we were hoping to use jsreport online to avoid having to build a server ourselves. If we use the rest api, in the end we would have to build a server anyway as small at it could be, and we wanted to avoid that (or configure our postgres for rest but we would have to study that, too). I suppose we will just build jsreport ourselves in our servers instead of using the cloud solutions.
In the meantime, I recommend running jsreport with some supervisor that automatically restarts it on crash.
On windows the windows service makes sense.
